asked the Secretary of State for Employment when he expects the Health and Safety Executive to publish its guidance note on isocyanates.

Mr. John Grant

I am advised by the chairman of the Health and Safety Commission that the text of the guidance note entitled "Isocyanates: Toxic Hazards and Precautions" is currently being printed and it should be available early in April 1979. I will have a copy placed in the House of Commons Library when it is received.
