§ Mr. OakesThe arrangements for distributing these documents are being discussed. The British Library will soon be consulting those concerned in this country about needs and facilities outside London for reference to patent documents

These amounts were originally fixed in 1960, but the regulations, as amended, provide that the prescribed maxima shall not apply if, for a variety of specified reasons, they would not provide fair remuneration for work actually and reasonably done. In view of this, we have no present proposals for amending the schedule.
