§ Mr. Michael McGuireasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will arrange a study by his Department of the recommendations of the report on pneumoconiosis, emphysema and bronchitis commissioned by the National Union of Mineworkers, a copy of which has been sent to him; and if he will make a statement on the outcome of his study, indicating which recommendations he accepts.
§ Mr. OrmeThe report is being carefully studied by my Department, and I expect to be able to make a statement shortly. I will discuss this matter with my hon. Friend.
