§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisThe last volume index published was No. 941 on 21 February 1979. It is expected that Nos. 942 to 946 inclusive will be available by the end of March. The last416W weekly index published was No. 1123, dated 17–23 November 1978. Delays at the Parliamentary Press have been caused by the long-term effect of staff shortages in the reading and composing areas. Incentive working has now been introduced into the press for a trial period, which is intended to effect an improvement over the next few months.
