§ Mr. Stanbrookasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he expects the Internationally Protected Persons Act 1978 to be brought into force.
§ Mr. JuddIt is expected that the Act will be brought into force in May, 30 days after the deposit of our instrument of ratification of the United Nations Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes against Internationally Protected Persons.
