§ Mr. Thomas Coxasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will give details of men and women at present serving prison sentences from three to five years, five to eight years, eight to 12 years, 12 to 15 years, 15 to 20 years and the number serving life imprisonment with no recommendation as to the period that should be served.
