§ Mr. Michael RobertsI expect the Castleton-Coryton section to be opened next spring and the Bridgend northern bypass at the beginning of 1981. Completion of the remaining section—between Baglan and Lon-las—will depend on statutory procedures and availability of funds and I do not at present expect this section to be opened before 1984.
