§ Sir George YoungI have received no representations about the employment by my right hon. Friend's Department of people who have suffered from mental illness. The question of the medical standards to be applied to candidates for permanent employment in the Civil Service is, however, a matter for the Civil Service Commission, and I therefore refer the hon.
