§ Mr. RaisonNumbers of work permit holders admitted to this country in each of the years 1973 to 1978 were published in table 7 of "Control of Immigration: Statistics 1978" (Cmnd. 7565). The numbers admitted in the categories of permit-free employment listed in paragraph 25 are not available; they are included in "Others given leave to enter for twelve months" in tables 1(a) and 1(b) of the same publication.
