§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergAllocation of office accommodation to right hon. and hon. Members is severely limited by the space available but as far as possible space standards as laid down by the Offices, Shops and Railway Premises Act 1963 are met. Proposals for a new parliamentary building on the Bridge Street site to provide additional accommodation were abandoned due to financial constraints but a further study is at present in hand.
