§ Mr. David HowellI have now given investment approval for the construction by the Central Electricity Generating Board (CEGB) of the 1320 MW second stage of the advanced gas cooled reactor power station at Heysham. It is planned that construction on site will begin next year, and that the first unit will be commissioned in 1986.
