Mr. Hooley

asked the Lord Privy Seal (1) if he will raise with the United Nations committee on apartheid the question of conditions in mental health camps in South Africa run by Smith Mitchell & Co. for mentally handicapped Africans;

(2) if he will raise in the United Nations commission on human rights the question of conditions in mental health camps in South Africa run by Smith Mitchell & Co. for mentally handicapped Africans;

(3) if he will raise in the World Health Organisation the question of conditions in mental health camps in South Africa run by Smith Mitchell & Co., for mentally handicapped Africans, and invite the World Health Organisation to undertake an investigation subject to the agreement of the South African Government.
