§ Mr. Stottasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he will be in a position to publish the inspector's report of the public inquiry held in 1978 into the proposals to mine opencast coal at the Hindley Green site.
§ Mr. FoxThere is no application before us relating to the mining of opencast coal at Hindley Green. An inquiry relating to the continued use of the Albert opencast coal disposal point, Bickershaw, was held in November 1978, and a decision into this appeal will be given as soon as possible. At the same time, the inspector's report will be published.
