§ 40. Mr. Stanbrookasked the Attorney-General if he is satisfied with the adequacy of the provisions of the Criminal Justice Act 1925, section 41, which restricts the taking of photographs of witnesses at or near court premises.
The Attorney-GeneralI am not aware that any difficulty has arisen in relation to section 41 of the Criminal Justice Act 1925, which I am satisfied affords a sufficient degree of protection for witnesses.
