§ Mr. TebbitFollowing discussions with the General Council of British Shipping, the Scottish Office and the Scottish local authorities concerned, my Department has undertaken to develop for approval by the Inter-Governmental Maritime Consultative Organisation a traffic separation scheme for the Minches. We shall also be considering whether it would be practicable to put forward a recommendation that large laden tankers should stay to the west of the Hebrides.
