§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergCapital expenditure allocations under the housing strategies and investment programme system were first given for 1978–79, although cash limit allocations were made in respect of all local authority housing capital expenditure in 1977–78. The amounts of the allocations made to housing authorities in Yorkshire for those years at outturn prices are:
