§ Mr. Cryerasked the Secretary of State for Employment (1) if he will arrange for a free copy of "Fatal Accidents in Construction 1977" to be provided to every construction site in the United Kingdom;
(2) what proposals he has for improving existing regulations following his examination of "Fatal Accidents in Construction 1977";
(3) whether he has received any proposals on legislation from the Health and Safety Commission following publication of "Fatal Accidents in Construction 1977"; and, if not, whether the commission has indicated that it intends to make proposals.
