Friend the Member for Brentwood and Ongar (Mr. McCrindle) on 11 June—[Vol. 968, c.22]—my right hon. and learned Friend is considering the need to extend the scope of mandatory awards; this would require legislation and would need to be considered along with other claims on resources.
