§ Mr. BrittanTwo were held pending deportation for 82 days and 238 days respectively. Two were held in contempt of court for 51 days and 323 days respectively, the former person being made the subject of a hospital order under the Mental Health Act 1959, and one was committed to custody for 88 days for non-payment of rates.
