§ Rev. Ian Paisleyasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland when he will be in the position to permit local traders to proceed with their own plans in Ballymena.
§ Mr. Goodhart, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 18 June 1979], gave the following information:
Planning applications in Ballymena by local traders are being processed in accordance with statutory procedures.
