§ Mr. Cryerasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will introduce legislation to prevent the sale of air guns and air rifles which are imitations of ordinary firearms.

§ Mr. Cryerasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) if he will introduce legislation to require the production of a birth certificate before air guns can be purchased and to raise the age for purchase to 18 years;
(2) if he will introduce legislation to seek to raise the age of entitlement to use an air rifle from 14 to 16 years.
