§ Mr. Altonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment to what extent the Government have conformed to the EEC directive on titanium dioxide pollution; and if it will be in a position to fulfil the directive's requirement to establish programmes for reducing pollution by July 1980.
§ Mr. FoxThe United Kingdom has so far met its obligations under this directive, and the Government intend to continue to do so.
