§ Mr. Alexander FletcherMy right hon. Friend has informed the agency that it is intended to achieve a reduction in its published Supply Estimate for 1979–80 of around £20 million. We are now in discussion with the agency about its activities, in accordance with the intentions expressed in our manifesto.
