§ Mr. PymAll nuclear weapons produce neutron radiation, and it is well known that the United States of America deploys a range of nuclear weapons in Europe as part of its contribution to NATO's defence. President Carter has deferred a decision on the production of enhanced radiation warheads, the so—called neutron bomb. There is, therefore, no question of such weapons already being deployed in Europe.
