§ Mr. WigginNo. Most approved works under the farm capital grant scheme 1970540W which were not completed and claimed for by 31 May 1979 can be transferred to the farm capital grant scheme 1973, which runs until 31 December 1980. Clear notice of the closing of the 1970 scheme was given in September 1978 and again in March 1979.
