§ Mrs. Sally OppenheimI very much welcome the statements made by both companies that, subject to changes arising from Budget decisions or from unforeseeable cost increases, they intend to stabilise their beer prices until January 1980. As a result, I believe that consumers will derive greater benefit than would have emerged from implementation of the Price Commission's recommendations.
