§ Sir George YoungThe arrangements which were introduced in 1973 for grants to voluntary organisations providing such hostels continue until 31 March 1980. Voluntary organisations may, during this period, apply to my right hon. Friend's Department for capital and revenue grants in accordance with the current terms of the scheme.
