§ Mr. MayhewWe intend to review ACAS's statutory duties in some specific respects, particularly as they relate to the issue of trade union recognition. I believe, however, that the service has a most important job to do in helping resolve industrial disputes and improving industrial relations and it is vital that this work should be continued.
