§ Mr. Cookasked the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) what are the quarterly disconnection figures for(a) gas, (b) the North of Scotland Hydro-Electricity Board and (c) the South of Scotland Electricity Board from 1970 onwards; and 417W if he will express these as a percentage of domestic credit consumers;
(2)what was the average debt for which (a) gas and (b) electricity domestic credit consumers in Scotland were disconnected in 1976, 1977 and 1978; how many consumers were disconnected in each quarter in Scotland who were still disconnected after one week, one month, six months and one year; and what percentage these are of disconnections.
