§ Mr. WhitelawAs 1 have not yet received the report of the Parliamentary Boundary Commission for England on its current general review of all constituencies in England, including those in Greater London, it is not possible to say when I shall be laying the report before Parliament, together with a draft Order in Council, in compliance with the statutory provisions.
