§ Dr. McDonaldasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what is his estimate for April 1979 and June 1979 of the number of wage earners with marginal tax rates, taking into account increases in national insurance contributions, loss of means-tested benefits as well as income tax increases in excess of (a) 50 per cent., (b) 75 per cent. and (c) 100 per cent.; and what percentage of wage earners these figures represent.
