§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeMinisters are now actively considering the first report from the Select Committee on the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration—Session 1978–79—about late claims under part I of the Land Compensation Act 1973. Until a decision on the committee's recommendation has been reached I cannot say whether particular fresh claims from those living alongside M6 will be admitted. I shall write to the hon. Member about this as soon as possible.
