§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsI shall be making a statement when the Price Commission report on the Welsh Water Authority is published on 13 June and will send my hon. and learned Friend a 203W copy. Section 30(5) of the Water Act 1973 requires water authorities not to show undue preference to any class of persons, and I have no plans for introducing rebates on water rates, which may be taken into account when assessing supplementary benefit.
