§ Mr. McQuarrieasked the Lord Privy Seal if he has any plans to reopen discussions with the Government of Spain on the question of Gibraltar; if he has any plans to meet the representatives of the Government of Gibraltar to hear their views on the present situation; or if it is his intention to visit the territory at an early date to discuss the matter fully in Gibraltar with all interested parties.
