§ Mr. McQuarrieasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what instructions he proposes to issue to local authorities which have acquired land under the Community Land Act, which it is proposed to abolish by legislation; if it is the intention of his Department to advise local authorities to offer this land to private developers as a whole; or if the local authorities will be given discretion in this matter.
