§ Mr. Ralph Howellasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish a table showing the levels of gross income, in pounds and as a percentage of supplementary benefit entitlement levels, at which rent and rate rebates are phased out, for each of a single person, a married couple, married couples with two children aged four and six years, and 13 and 15 years, and a married 63W couple with four children aged six, eight, 11 and 16 years, assuming rents and rates equal to the average for local authority housing in every case.
