asked the Secretary of State for Wales how many grants for house improvements and conversions in Wales were approved during the first quarter of 1979.

Mr. Wyn Roberts

1,500 grants for improvements and 74 for conversions. In addition, 120 intermediate and 27 repairs grants were approved.
