§ Dr. Glynasked the Secretary of State for the Environment, in the light of the specific cases, details of which have been sent to him by the hon. Member for Windsor and Maidenhead, if he will take action to simplify the procedure relating to enforcement action by local authorities against individual companies which refuse to comply with local building planning permissions, with a view to speeding-up the process of enforcement.
