§ Dr. VaughanI understand that the independent panel which is to advise the Department and the pharmaceutical services negotiating committee about the profit payable to retail pharmacists in respect of National Health Service dispensing hopes to present an initial statement of its views in the next few days, and to make a report in response to the first part of its terms of reference in the autumn. The publication of its findings will be a matter for discussion between the parties, to whom the panel will address its report.
