asked the Secretary of State for Employment what proportions of (a) adults and (b) young people completing courses at the Charlton skillcentre are estimated to have found jobs in the trades they have learnt.

I refer the hon. Member to my reply on employee participation to my hon. Friend the Member for Woolwich, West (Mr. Bottomley), on 17 July. I have no plans to publish a White Paper on this subject.
