Mr. Straw

asked the Lord Privy Seal (1) if he will list in theOfficial Report the total number of cases pending before the EEC Court of Justice for breaches of the Community's rules on the free movement of goods, and the number of such cases against each member State;

(2) if he will list in theOfficial Report, by country and by broad category, the number of cases pending before the EEC Court of Justice.
