§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeNo hotel owned by British Transport Hotels has a licence for casino gaming; 19 hotels have licences for gaming machines. In two of the hotels, a part of the building is leased to a private company for use as a casino, but in neither case is the casino operated, or the gaming licence held, by British Transport Hotels.
