§ Mr. RaisonFrom 1 June 1978 to 31 May 1979, 48,485 licences were issued to operate pipe-finder/metal detector equipment. The licence sets out the regulatory conditions associated with the use of the equipment. In an explanatory note attached to the licence, licensees are advised that the licence does not absolve them from obtaining any necessary consent before entering on private property.
