Mr. Foster

asked the Secretary of State for Employment how many mentally handicapped young people(a) in the Northern region,(b) in Durham county and(c) in the Bishop Auckland constituency participated in the youth opportunities programme and the special temporary employment programme from I April 1978 to 31 March 1979.
