asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will visit the six sites shortlisted for London's third airport.

I have no plans to do so.

The six sites are currently being evaluated by the Study Group on South-East Airports. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Trade expects to receive its report in the autumn together with the views of the Advisory Committee on Airports Policy.
