§ Mr. Andersonasked the Secretary of State for Wales how many section 8 grants have been made in Wales in the current year; and whether, in the light of the oil crisis, he now considers the provision of rail connected industrial sites a major priority.
§ Mr. Michael RobertsGrant is being paid on four freight facilities under construction, and a fifth should start next year; several are in early stages of planning but no formal application has been made in the current year. I attach importance to the provision of private rail sidings for industrial premises where appropriate.
