§ Mr. WhitelawYes. I have decided to increase the number of members of the Independent Broadcasting Authority, inclusive of the chairman and deputy chair man, from 11 to 12.
In accordance with the requirements of section 1(2) of the Independent Broadcasting Authority Act 1973 a copy of the formal notice to the authority is being laid before each House of Parliament.
