§ Mr. David MitchellAt the end of the transitional period Aberdeen is scheduled to become a non-assisted area. Projects in non-assisted areas are not eligible for assistance from the quota section of the European regional development fund. Assistance from the European social fund is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Employment.
