§ Dr. BoysonSection 10 of the Education Act 1976 was drawn in terms of the present statutory arrangements for special educational treatment. Its future is bound up with decisions yet to be taken on proposals in the Warnock committee's report for a new conceptual framework of special education. My right hon. and learned Friend will be studying the report over the coming months with other Ministers concerned and will announce his conclusions in due course.
