§ Mr. Marlowasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will list the following factors in descending order of magnitude for shire and metropolitan counties and London respectively: the total rate support grant from central Government and funds for 1974–75 per head of population divided by the same figures for 1978–79;
(2) what was the total rate support grant and the needs element of the grant in each county per school child in 1978–79, using the 1978–79 school population.
